Amazing experience at Napkins! We struggled to find a dining option that was open middle of the day and a friend recommended Napkins. Samantha took excellent care of us and shared her favorite entrees/recommendations. We decided on the halibut and the short rib. INcredible! The halibut had the perfect sear with a beautiful, tangy lemony finish and paired with cauliflower hash. The short rib was tender as butter and served on top of perfectly prepared polenta and a side of spinach and mushrooms: Our meals were so amazing we insisted on thanking Luis (chef) ourselves! After the second bite I vowed to turn. Thank you, Napkins!

I am a local and have been to almost every place in napa but this place is an absolute win win . A terrific menu . Impeccable service and a nice atmosphere. Special kudos to Lizzie my waitress and the many gentlemen filling water , greeting, making cocktails . A definite must

A very warm & cozy spot to get out of the rain & enjoy a nice brunch with my Bestie. My fried calamari paired perfectly with a nice, piping hot cup of clamp chowder. I also ordered the ahi tuna sandwich. You know how most restaurants will have a perfect picture of what the food should look like, only to find that it doesn't look anything appetizingly close? This sandwich looked & tasted exactly as described on the menu. The waiters were also very kind & patient with us as we took our time catching up on girl-talk before, during, & after our meal. We never felt rushed & they were always attentive to our needs. I look forward to coming back here in the near future to try their dinner menu & perhaps enjoy a nice cocktail.

This is our second time here for lunch and both visits have been exceptional. Today we started off with a bowl of clam chowder to share with two slices of garlic bread. The soup came out piping hot with chunks of clams, potatoes, and herbs - so tasty and kept us warmed up as we sat outside. For entrees we chose the Habanero Chicken and Churrasco Steak - definitely not a light lunch but we were hungry and neither disappointed! The chicken was super juicy, mashed potatoes and sweet carrots drizzled with an amazing citrus habanero sauce - not spicy at all but just the right amount of heat vs sweet. Steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and the chimichurri sauce had great flavor with delicious salted, crispy fries. Hubby also enjoyed the FUME cocktail ~ great presentation! Can't wait to come back to try dinner next time.

I've been to Napkins in Napa twice now, and both visits have been top-notch. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance--bright, spacious, and clean. From the hosts to the servers, the staff is consistently on point. On 11/10, I sat at the bar, and the bartender went above and beyond. Not only did they whip up a custom drink that hit the mark, but their attentiveness was spot-on--checking in just the right amount without ever feeling intrusive. one of the servers actually remembered me by name. In my line of work as a director, building strong relationships is key, and remembering a client is an invaluable first step. It was a pleasant surprise and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. And of course, the food--always incredible here. If you're going, don't skip the puff pastry appetizer. It's phenomenal, the kind of dish that instantly becomes a 'must-order' every time I visit.

Went to this place for brunch and had a some of their appetizers. We had the Ahi Poke, Tomato Burata, Cornbread and the BLT. To drink I had the Unusual Marriage to drink. My friend had the Blood Mary she said it was good but needs to be a little more spicy. The food was delicious. Service was ok and the place was nice and clean with outside seating. My favorite was the Tomato and Burrata

Almost no one in my life knows about my obsession with napkins. Stacking napkins is fun. Throwing them in the air and refolding them is fun. Napkins is fun. Some of the stuff on the menu is real fancy with strange ingredients, but it fuels you up to play a little harder with the napkins.

We came here as it was highly recommended place. Entering Napkins, we were greeted right away. At first we asked to sit at the table but we eventually migrated to the bar. Sitting at the bar, I was able to see how well the bartender took care of his customers. He was super sweet and checked in all of his customer frequently. Coming to the end of our dinner, I see how close people (customers and employees) are with each other. The music was not overwhelming at all; there was a nice ambience and music was played lightly in the background. 10/10 Espresso martini. Now I've had really good martinis and really bad martinis. This one was so good and I was so tempted to order multiple! 8/10 Churrasco Steak. Cooked how we wanted it. The fries were nice and crispy. I liked the taste of the sauce that came with it but felt like it could've been a little stronger in flavor. 7/10 Braised short ribs. I honestly was expecting more of an acidic taste when I first looked at pictures of the sauce, but it was light. However, everything else was delightful. If I were to choose to order an item again, it would be the churrasco steak. Definitely come here is you want to relax and enjoy some music and great company!

Food 5/5 Can you say Food-gasm!! The tomato basil bisque with the garlic toast melt in your mouth good. The soup rich, creamy and velvety. I ordered the seafood plate which had mussels, scallops, prawns, salmon and a white fish in a yellow curry sauce. With garlic toast on the side. Mmmm.... Yummy.... Delectable.... I hope this is a permanent menu item. It'll be my go to. My partner had the organic citrus habanero chicken with mashed potatoes and carrots. He loved it. Are every morsel, nook n cranny. We were so full and satisfied. Service 5/5 Yoni was our server. She did an awesome job. The timing was perfect with the drinks, appetizers and entrees. She first told us the special of the day. When I was full and requested a to go container she packaged my food for me.. Ambiance 5/5 Outdoor seating in front of the restaurant. There was shade despite it being a sunny hot day. The tables were clean, good distance between them so you don't feel bunched up around other patrons.

Looking for a nice place to eat in Napa. Saw a good Yelp review on Napkins. Casual elegance is how I would describe the interior. We ordered a late lunch of habanero chicken and a cheese Burger. Both meals were well prepared and flavorful. Oscar our server was attentive but not overly so. Great choice if you're in downtown Napa
